In September 2008, the second Open Source (and Open Standards) Seminar on Curaçao was held. About 80 ICT professionals from all sectors, most notably the government, attended this 2 day seminar. Speakers included Manou Chen (Open Amsterdam), Arjen Kamphuis, Robin Miller and many local speakers.
