Eleven IT teachers of the Frater Aurelio MBO (FAMBO) followed a course on Linux.
Since Linux is a part of the curriculum (as part of Operating Systems), the school decided to train its teachers in this Free Operating System. The course covered 5 mornings and was attended by 11 teachers, IT coordinators and system operators.
The course included installing Suse Linux 8.1, working with KDE, networks and general concepts (such as file systems and Free Software).
