In November 2004, a 2-day Seminar on Open Source was held in Willemstad. About 80-100 ICT-professionals from all sectors, including government and education, gathered at the WTC Curaçao to participate in this event. Speakers included Arjen Kamphuis, Immanuel Derks, Robin Miller and many other (local) speakers.
